Delivery and Packaging

We take great care to ensure that your order will be well packaged and ensure its safe arrival. We have a responsibility to our environment and where ever we can the packaging we use to ship your goods in is re-cycled from merchandise that has been delivered to our shop. All our teddy bears are packaged in lots of tissue paper.

Damaged Goods

Should your goods arrive damaged YOU MUST E-MAIL US WITHIN 3 WORKING DAY’S. Return the goods and a replacement or refund will be offered at no extra cost.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days for a prompt exchange or full refund. All we ask is that the goods are returned to us in a Complete, resalable condition, with the original packaging. No refunds will be made for items that have evidently been used. We will refund the purchase price promptly or if you prefer, exchange the product, this excludes delivery charges. If you return goods to us, please obtain a Certificate of posting from the Post Office.

Please note earrings are excluded due to Health and Safety reasons. This does not affect your normal statuary rights.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to process your order within 48 hrs.

Orders received after 3.00pm Friday afternoon will be despatched Monday morning. Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order, once it has been dispatched.

If you need your parcel dispatched urgently we can arrange for your parcel to be sent by Express Delivery.

UK Express Delivery Charge ( weekdays only ) £5.95 – 1st class please allow 1-2 days delivery.

Delivery Charges

All U.K. orders are sent by Royal Mail Standard Service. Some orders may be sent Recorded Delivery and will require a signature upon Delivery.
