Ordering & Payment

Customers can order safely and securely online. Online payment is by PayPal, one of the world's leading online payment providers, handling millions of secure transactions every day. It is part of the eBay group of companies. You do not need to have, or create, a PayPal account to use this feature. On checkout, you will be redirected to our secure PayPal payment page, and returned to our website when payment has been completed.

There is no minimum order quantity.

If there is not enough stock of a particular item to fulfill your order, you will see a message in your shopping cart informing you of this and asking you to revise the required quantity. If you see an item listed anywhere on the website which is shown as out of stock which you would like to order, please let us know via the contact form or by email, and we will see if we can speed up our re-ordering process.

Refunds & Exchanges

If the item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and return the item within 10 days of receipt and a replacement will be sent.

If the item is not faulty, but you wish to return it for either a refund or an exchange then you must pay the return postage and postage of any further items.

Sizes and weights are approximate. Every effort has been made to ensure descriptions are correct at the time of going to press.
